Lawn Art Activity; A Craft Tip

Are you looking for a fun, summer time activity to do with your kiddos?  I went to My Craft Channel studios recently and filmed a "craft tip."  I shared a tried and true and most beloved activity I've done several times with my children.  ART ON THE LAWN!

 

What You'll Need:

*An old sheet (Visit the thrift store and purchase one for less than a couple of bucks!)

*Sponge brushes

*Tempura paint

*Styrofoam bowls

*Nails, or something you can use to stake the sheet down

Simply spread the sheet over your lawn and stake it down at the corners.  Pour some tempura paint into the styrofoam bowls.  (Toss them when finished for easy cleanup!)  Hand your kids some paint brushes and let them go nuts!

Mix some paint, make some memories!  Have a Happy Summer!
