The Paper Bag Princess
The story of Princess Elizabeth and her unbelievably lame (HA!) Prince Ronald has always been one of my favorites. The story is charming and fun and the illustrations make me laugh . . . but it's the underlying meaning in the story that grabs a hold of my heart.
