If I Was A Witch; A Giveaway
If I was a wacky witch,
I know just what I'd do.
I'd move to Cricket Swamp Hollow,
And learn to make eyeball stew.
I'd wear a big, fancy hat,
Made of glittery skulls and bones.
I'd have a giant spider for a pet,
And invite "tasty" children to my home.
I'd visit my cockroach cemetery,
And pay my respects to the dead.
I'd take a slime bath after a day of spells,
Then find a spooky space to rest my head.
If I was a wacky witch,
I know just what I'd do.
I'd have a blog and write a poem,
And give a prize to you!
I know just what I'd do.
I'd have a blog and write a poem,
And give a prize to you!

Gardner Village in West Jordan, UT is one of my favorite places in the world! It's a charming, historic place with to-die-for shops and spine-tingling scenery. I love the village in the summer, and I love it in the winter. BUT, I most especially look forward to visiting Gardner Village in the fall...specifically, the month of October. It. Is. A. Hoot! Witches, witches everywhere--live witches and BIG puppet-like witches on display! Hay bales and pumpkins and caramel apples abound! To celebrate the Halloween holiday, Gardner Village hosts an event called "Ride To A Witch." It involves a tractor ride to a witch's house, where you'll dance to the monster mash and learn how witches make brooms fly. Visit Cricket Swamp Hollow to ogle the AMAZING witch wardrobes and to enjoy a few laughs.
If you would like to win TWO tickets to RIDE TO A WATCH, simply:
1.) Follow "the Mama" via GFC, if you don't already.
2.) Like "the Mama" on Facebook, if you don't already.
3.) Then leave a comment stating you have completed "task 1 and task 2." That's it! (Or, if you'd like to comment on my poetical prowess, please feel free to do so!!!)
WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED MONDAY MORNING, OCTOBER 22!
*Have a spellbinding weekend, my little witchy poos!*
